 | Those HIPC countries that have reached decision point on the PRSP
(Poverty Reduction Strategy Program) |
 | Rest of HIPC,
 | about 4 countries judged to be able to sustain their debts |
 | about 9 regarded as conflict |
 | 1 not seeking HIPC relief (conditionality not accepted?), |

 | Jubilee additional countries -11 -Which Jubilee believe are so poor
that they should get debt cancellation |
